These are reference rates, not rates you can buy at. What you actually pay depends on your card, your bank, and where you change money, and it is always a little worse.
All prices here come from the operator's own website. For the things that have no published price (accommodation, food, drinks and shopping) they are estimates based on my research and my own experience. Obviously these will never be perfect and are designed to act as a guide.
Japan has a number of busier travel seasons through the year. To account for that, accommodation estimates are higher in those months. Again, these are estimates only, to help with your planning.
